Tonto Dikeh’s ex-husband, Churchill Oladunni, has filed a suit at a Lagos family court to prevent his son, King Andre, from featuring in the Nollywood actress’ reality show.
The reality show, ‘King Tonto’, is being produced by Linda Ikeji Limited.
Oladunni wants the court to suspend the release of the reality show, saying his son features prominently in it.
The business said he wants to protect his son’s image, saying he feels it is being exploited for financial gains.
“Such reality show exposes the life and times of the 1st Applicant, who is a minor, at a time when he cannot make a decision for himself, this exposure is prejudicial to his growth and welfare of his son, the 1st Applicant,” he said in the court document.
Oladunni and Dikeh have been on a warpath since they parted ways on an acrimonious note.
Dikeh married Oladunni, nephew of former president Olusegun Obasanjo, in 2015.
The couple parted ways in February 2017, months after the birth of their son.
The 32-year-old actress and singer accused her ex-husband of infidelity and domestic violence while the latter accused her of being violent and indulging in drug abuse.
