Ebute Metta residents protest electricity blackout, vow not to pay march bill

Residents of Ebute Metta area of Lagos today staged a peaceful protest in their area to register their displeasure at the services provided by the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) in their area. The residents also vowed that they would not pay the March bill of PHCN since they had no power throughout the month of march.
