Dr. Akin Enoch Zerubabbel Olowookere Profile

The savvy and highly inspiring man standing before you today is the renowned Business giant, politician, retired soldier-at-arms and philanthropist who has failed to grow fragile in the face of daunting life-challenges as a dogged fighter, swimming through intimidating and militating tides. You will agree with me that the quintessential Dr. Akin Enoch Zerubabbel Olowookere keeps a glow of assurances of hope crested on zeal to be committed to pursuing his ingrained passion, passion that could be burning as a result of the victories attained over the vicissitudes of his journey through life. He has not just risen from dining with kings; he is also a king to be dined with.
His root can be traced to Akure, Ondo State having sailed into a bleak but promising world on 13th May, 1962 as a post-independence baby. Despite the low culture of education in his days, the bright and young Akin enrolled at St. Thomas Primary School, Akure from 1968 through 1972 to encourage an early foundational start into the pursuit of purpose, having later to switch to Methodist Primary School Akurebetween 1970 to 1972 before proceeding to CAC Grammar School, Akure running his secondary education through 1973 to 1978.

In his youthful days, his passion was drawn towards the military. Having proceeded to enlist, he graduated at the Nigerian Army Depot Zaria in 1981. To add to his military prowess, he was admitted into the Nigerian Army Medical Corps School, Lagos and had a meritorious graduation in 1981; and in 1983, from Nigeria Naval College “ONURRA” Port Harcourt before proceeding to Des Moines Lowa, USA in 2002, just to mention a few of his involvement in different capacity building through seminars, conferences and other elite training leading to
Diploma Certificates in Pharmaceutical Technology, Lieutenant Diploma Technical Courses in Navigation Communication, Under Water Warfare, Supply and Logistics; and Electrical and Marine Engineering Management.
