According to some reports, there exist a 40 seconds video of former Vice President and chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Atiku Abubakar supposedly declaring to run for presidency in 2019.
Atiku in the video described himself as a poor boy from Jada, Adamawa State and also described himself as a believer in the rule of law and a fighter for justice and equity.
