Self confidence does not happen by default, we must understand how it works. Understanding how it works makes life easier. Confident people on the other hand are secure in themselves, they face life's challenges with a level of calm that is enviable, they get into action to respond to problem, they don't dwell or worry too much on what others will think or say like insecure people do.
