Motorcycle thief burnt to death in Kebbi(graphic photos)

In another case of jungle justice, a suspected motorcycle thief was burnt to death by a mob in Yawuri, Kebbi state yesterday February 2nd. So couldn't they have handed him over to the police? See graphic photos below
