Abuja is still being built:
Lagos was the capital of Nigeria from the Amalgamation in 1914 until it was moved to Abuja in 1991. So, even in places like Ajegunle, Agege, more often than not you’ll find every street tarred and well named unlike Abuja where new areas for residency are opening up every day. In some parts of Abuja outside the central areas like Maitama, Garki etc you can’t assess some locations with a car.
