Diddy Under Fire as Former Protégé Aubrey O'Day Criticizes Children Attending Explicit Trial

Sean 'Diddy' Combs
is facing criticism from a former artist under his mentorship, Aubrey O'Day, who has spoken out against his decision to have his children present during the explicit testimonies in his federal racketeering and sexual trafficking trial in New York City.

O'Day, 41, a member of the former girl group Danity Kane, addressed the situation on the Amy Robach and TJ Holmes Present podcast, expressing her disapproval of Combs, 55, involving his children in the graphic proceedings.

Regarding the rapper's children, she commented, "The fact that the kids are marching up to that court, praying over everything and walking in with a bunch of women also that are encouraging it..."

She then detailed the disturbing nature of the testimonies, stating, "I don’t know any father that would want their children to sit through testimony about how much their daddy liked to watch people [get] lubricated, f**king, getting pissed on and urinated in their mouths, having his girlfriend come in the other room and rub their c*m all over his nipples. Would you want your children to know about it?"

Six of Combs' seven children – Quincy, 33, Justin, 31, Christian, 27, Chance 19, and 18-year-old twins Jessie and D'Lila – have reportedly been present in court, witnessing the graphic descriptions of their father's alleged sexual fetishes. His youngest child, Love, is two and a half years old.

O'Day suggested that their presence was a calculated strategy to influence the jury's perception, saying, "It’s concerning to me, that the optics of them being there and supporting [their] father are obviously a very strong play for the defense."

Reports indicate that the three youngest of the six children present left the courtroom on two occasions during the testimony of a male escort who described an alleged paid sexual encounter between himself and Combs' ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, 38, which Combs allegedly observed while masturbating.

O'Day described the Bad Boy Records founder as both selfish and narcissistic.

"It’s telling to me. It means that daddy’s being selfish and he needs — in my opinion — it feels like, 'Daddy needs you in court because daddy needs all the optics to look in his favor, and I don’t really care what you have to sit through.'"

She further likened Combs' alleged treatment of his children to the coercive behavior he is accused of displaying towards his alleged victims.

"And that, to me, is just showing that same narcissism and ego and dare I say coercion that we’re discussing about this man. You know, his needs come first. What he wants comes first."
