Celebrated blogger and entertainer Tunde Ednut has officially attained citizenship in the United States. Adding to this milestone, he has also been recognized with the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, a prestigious honor bearing the signature of former U.S. President Joe Biden.
Tunde shared the news on Instagram, posting a photo showcasing his newly acquired American passport alongside the award plaque. His caption read:
“A big congratulations to me!!! Not just a Citizen! I also received recognition from the President of America. I am deeply honored and blessed.”
The President’s Lifetime Achievement Award is bestowed upon individuals who have dedicated over 4,000 hours of volunteer service to their communities.
Congratulatory messages poured in from fellow celebrities. Tiwa Savage playfully commented, “This sudden handsomeness in these pictures… must be AI.” Other prominent figures like Davido, Cubana Chief Priest, and Destiny Etiko also extended their congratulations. This recognition is not Tunde’s first major honor. Earlier in January 2025, he received a Certificate of Recognition from Prince George’s County, Maryland, acknowledging his significant impact within the African diaspora community.
