Cobhams, a legendary Nigerian producer and acclaimed musical genius, will officially oversee the musical direction for Davido’s extensive upcoming 5ive Alive global tour.
The North American segment of the tour is slated to commence on July 11 in Los Angeles, continuing through November 20, where it will conclude in Atlanta.
In a studio clip, a visibly thrilled Davido, with his arm around Cobhams, exclaims,
"The 5ive Alive tour musical director!" Cobhams, smiling, responds with equal enthusiasm, "I’m excited, I’ve always known, but I’m excited.

Davido’s long-time manager, Asa Asika, who recently celebrated his marriage, also expressed his excitement, stating, "Now this is what we’re talking about! Well done Davido for taking the genius of Cobhams Asuquo with you on the world tour. Together, you guys will kill it."
