True bromance! Kim Kardashian gets sidelined as Kanye West reunites with Jay-Z

Kanye West has been spending a huge amount of time in Paris of late despite the fact that his girlfriend Kim Kardashian is pregnant with their first child.

So the reality star was visibly and understandably delighted when she was finally reunited with her baby daddy in New York on Monday.

But unfortunately for Kim the happy reunion was short-lived.

The couple were seen smiling as they chatted inside a shop but Kanye appeared to be far more excited by running into Jay-Z as soon as they stepped outside.

He bounded over to Jay-Z and wrapped him in a big bear hug, with the pair both grinning from ear to ear.

It came despite the fact that Kanye publicly slammed Jay-Z's song Suit & Tie back in February when he said: 'I got love for Hov, but I ain't f***ing with that Suit & Tie.'

After they said their goodbyes and Kanye strolled off with Kim back on his arm.

Earlier in the day Kim had attended a work meeting at the E! headquarters with her mother Kris Jenner and sister Kourtney, looking miserable before her romantic reunion.

While Kim's contractual obligations have been keeping her in the US, Kanye has been 5,600 miles away in the French capital working on his album.

They were last seen together in Paris on April 4 and have only been spotted in each other's company on 26 of the last 111 days.

After so much time apart there's no doubt Kanye will have been surprised out how much Kim's baby bump has grown each time he sees her.

On this occasion the 32-year-old squeezed her blossoming figure into a tight black pencil dress and matching cardigan.

The figure-hugging frock didn't appear too comfortable and Kim appeared to be having difficulty clambering into her car, which was only made worse by her garish white high heels, which were in fact designed by her boyfriend.

Kanye, 35, meanwhile was dressed in a grey top under a matching hoodie, his beloved black leather trousers and suede camel shoes.

According to Radar Online, Kim 'feels very much like a single mom because she has been going to all of her prenatal check-ups without Kanye. She doesn’t blame Kanye because he is in Paris for work.'

The source added: 'Kim is absolutely miserable because she is contractually obligated to be in Los Angeles to film the upcoming season of her reality show.

'Of course, she can travel during that time, but the majority of her time has to be spent in L.A. Kim is the cash cow for the Kardashian family. Without Kim, there would be no reality show and spin-offs. She wants to be in Paris with Kanye, full time. She wants to call the shots in her life, and sadly, she isn’t able to.'

But it's not all doom and gloom because as of Friday she has finally reached a divorce settlement with Kris Humphries.

Kim will legally be divorced on June 19, before her due date.
