A Florida nurse, Alexis Von Yates, 35, has been charged with sexual battery of a teenager after her husband allegedly discovered her having sex with his 15-year-old son.
According to reports, the incident occurred in Ocala, Florida, while the teenager was visiting for the summer. The husband, a lineman who often works late, reportedly returned home to find Yates and his son naked on the couch. The teenager then fled the residence.
Court documents allege that Yates had been pursuing her stepson for weeks, repeatedly telling him she was "horny" and making suggestive comments and gestures. The teenager told police they engaged in oral sex and intercourse.
The father reportedly drove his son to his grandparents' house after the alleged incident. Authorities were not contacted by the father but were alerted by an anonymous family member, leading to Yates' arrest in November 2024.
Yates, who denies the charges, has had her nursing license revoked by the Florida Department of Health, which cited her lack of good judgment and moral character. She is currently awaiting trial on felony charges.
