"Let 2Baba Breathe" – Do2dtun Blasts Hidden Forces Behind 2Face’s Emotional Apology Video

Veteran On-Air Personality Do2dtun has stirred serious conversation on social media after publicly questioning the sincerity behind 2Baba’s recent apology video. The radio host and entertainer claimed on X that 2Face Idibia may not have made the apology of his own free will and accused an unknown force of “milking” the singer’s vulnerability.

This came after 2Baba posted a video apologizing for his statement that “men are not sexually wired to be with just one woman,” a claim that went viral during his appearance on a podcast. The Afrobeats icon had faced serious backlash online and eventually recorded a remorseful video, apologizing to his wife, family, fans, and everyone hurt by his words.

But Do2dtun wasn’t convinced.

“Please I don’t like this 2Face I’m seeing… Someone is forcing him to be who he’s not,” he wrote. “He is vulnerable, and someone is milking it. Whoever is holding that camera is wicked.”

He didn’t stop there. Do2dtun hinted that the whole setup felt orchestrated and unnatural. According to him, 2Baba is usually private about personal matters, and this kind of emotional outburst was not only out of character but possibly coerced.

In his words, “He needs therapy, not this circus. Someone is taking advantage of his emotional state.” He warned that those behind the camera could be manipulating 2Baba to serve an agenda one that may not align with the singer’s healing or mental well-being.
Fans quickly joined the conversation, with many saying the apology video felt forced and uncomfortable. Some couldn’t even watch it to the end. Others believe 2Baba’s attempt to clear the air only added fuel to the fire now sparking new discussions about masculinity, vulnerability, and the pressure of fame.
